It is important to have regular skin checks to identify and treat any spots or lesions that may be changing. The sooner it is identified the better your chances of avoiding a surgical procedure.

Get to know your skin well, by doing this you will be able to tell if a freckle or mole has changed in shape, size, colour or texture.
